These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyFishIQ mobile application and related services. By using EasyFishIQ, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EasyFishIQ for personal, non-commercial fishing activities in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
Subscriptions
EasyFishIQ offers a 1-month free trial with full feature access. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app. Plans include monthly, 3-month, and yearly options available in the App Store.
Billing and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable laws or fishing regulations.
Disclaimer
EasyFishIQ provides weather data, fish activity predictions, and analytics for informational purposes only. Fishing conditions vary and we do not guarantee catches or safety outcomes. Always follow local laws and exercise judgment on the water.
Apple terms
Your use of EasyFishIQ is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyFishIQ and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
